Linking to eBooks from the Gregg-Graniteville Library is a great way to provide your students with direct access to recommended readings and core disciplinary resources. This page will show you how to locate and link to our eBooks. Since eBooks require a login, please also consider sharing our Off-Campus Access troubleshooting guide.

Begin by entering a title or search terms in the catalog search box on the library homepage

You can now limit your search to online only materials by clicking on "Available online" under availability on the left side menu.

Catalog Search

Now that you've established that you have materials available online, select a book that you would like to link. In the upper right side of the individual book entry, you will see a small paper clip (Step 1 below). This paper clip will open a menu with a direct link to the eBook. Locate and click the "copy the permalink to clipboard"  link and you will be able to share this link (Step 2).

Please note that individuals will need to sign into the catalog in order to access the eBook's full text.

New & improved login process!

Starting on May 5th, 2021 the Gregg-Graniteville Library moved to a new, next generation authentication system. Logging into resources on and off-campus will simply require your U of SC AIken email address and password. For more information, check out our OpenAthens page here
