Dear Campus Community:
We are excited to announce the soft opening of the new Student Success Center and library resource space in the Gregg-Graniteville Library. While we’re still finalizing the space and supporting processes for an October grand opening event, the newly renovated space will officially open on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, and be available to students, faculty, staff, and community members.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to enhance our space and services to provide you with the best possible support on your academic journey.
Here’s a preview of what’s available during our soft opening as we work toward the grand opening and ribbon-cutting in October:
Advisors, Coaches, and Tutors: Connect with academic advisors, coaches, and tutors for personalized guidance and support.
Library Services: Access help with research, library databases, course reserves, and more.
Study Areas: Enjoy comfortable, quiet spaces to study or relax between classes.
Computer Stations: Use brand-new computers with updated network infrastructure.
Math Lab: Get help and support with your math courses.
Chemistry Faculty Tutors: Receive chemistry course support from faculty.
We look forward to welcoming you to the new Student Success Center and library space.
Sincerely,
Mr. Robert Murphy, Director of Student Success Center
Dr. Lisa Ennis, Dean of the Gregg-Graniteville Library
