Printing has been restored! Students can print from personal devices and from a limited number of library computers on the 1st Floor.

Stay tuned for more updates!

Student Computer Access

Students have two options:

  1. Computer Stations – Students may use the three computers located below the monitor near the Student Success Center desk.
  2. Library-Use Only Laptops – We have three laptops available for in-library use only.
    1. These laptops will be used near the library services desk and monitored, as we only have a couple available during the outage.

(Please note: Printing is not available from either of these options.)

Printing Instructions

Students, staff, faculty, and community members can send print jobs to LibraryCirculation@usca.edu.
To make printing smoother, please make sure to:

  • Send documents as attachments (to avoid access issues).
  • Specify black & white or color.
  • Indicate single-sided or double-sided.
  • Note if multiple copies are needed.

Please note:

  • Community patrons currently do not have access to online browsing or library computers.
  • However, community members can still print by emailing attachments and printing instructions to LibraryCirculation@usca.edu.

A Laptop Workstation with laptops is available for student use for work assignments or browsing. These laptops are for In-Library Use only.

Please continue to send print jobs to librarycirculation@usca.edu

  1. When logging into a desktop, the student must select the Pacerdowns profile on the right-side panel.
    1. This profile will allow you to log in and use the computer
  2. HOWEVER, if the student needs to print, they must email the document or PDF to: library.circulation@usca.edu, whether they use their personal device or a USCA computer
    1. The student must:
      1. Attach the PDF as an attachment and not a link
      2. Clearly state if the document needs to be in black & white or color
      3. Clearly state if the document needs to be double-sided or single-sided.
      4. Come to the Library Services Desk to collect the papers
  3. If none of the desktop profiles are working (Pacerdowns, B&E238F, etc.), laptops will be available for library use.
    1. MORE TO COME TOMORROW, 11/7/2025.

*Community Patron Computers are currently unavailable. For printing, ask at the Library Services Desk.
