Accept All Cookies: Digital Entrepreneurship Opportunity Workshop

From influencers to publishers to e-commerce and back again, the digital world is an expansive terrain for entrepreneurs. Join the Pacer Center in partnership with the UofSC Faber Center for Entrepreneurship and the SC Department of Commerce, as we host entrepreneurs and experts making their way in the digital space. They will discuss their businesses in a small group format and lead discussions around opportunities in the digital world. What challenges do digital businesses present, what advantages do they offer, and what to look out for when building your own online empire?

The following is the agenda for March 29, 2024:

• 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM Registration and Breakfast
• 9:30 AM – 9:45 AM Welcome and Introduction of the Speakers
• 9:45 AM – 10:15 AM, 6 business owners/speakers in a specific field talk about the industry itself – an overview of what entrepreneurial opportunities exist in the space.
• 10:15 AM – 10: 25 AM break
• 10:25 AM – 11:35 AM 6 business owners sit at 6 different tables with attendees and speak directly with them about their business and the entrepreneur opportunities in the space. We “rotate” the owners through the tables: 6 tables X 10 minutes each for 60 minutes of close-talk with workshop attendees.
• 11:40 AM Convene the full panel of all 6 to expand upon some common themes we heard.
• 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM lunch with networking.
