Complete Appointment Summaries Directions

How to complete appointment summaries in Navigate:

  1. Ensure you are under your “Staff Home” page. Click the “Appointments Tab.”
  2. Appointments will show here if you sent your Personal Availability Link or if you started a campaign. Scroll past “Upcoming Appointments”.
  3. Appointment Summaries you have completed will show as Green. To enter an Appointment Summary, click the box next to the students name and the choose the “Actions” drop down menu.
  4. Click “Add Appointment Summary”
  5. The Left side of the screen will automatically fill based from your availability.
  6. Complete the Radio Buttons and input your Notes.
  7. Save the Report.
