Under the “Staff Home” page, choose the “My Availability” Tab.
Click the “Actions” button.
Click “Add time.” You may also choose to copy a time that you previously created or delete available times.
Select the days and times that you are available and designate the time period that the availability should remain open. You can select multiple days at once.
Ensure you add check the box to add this availability to your personal availability link. Choose the type of availability that you would like to designate the time for. You can choose just Appointments or you may also choose Campaigns. (Campaigns allow you to invite students to make an appointment and track who has taken action. This feature also allows you to send targeted messages to the students who have not responded to your invitation. See the “Start Campaign” tab for more information.)
Choose a meeting type. You may designate multiple types to provide students with flexible options.

Services: Select one or more services that you would like to offer from the menu options.
Special Instructions: Include information on what you would like the students to prepare for the meeting, If you plan to meet with students in a different location, you may choose to provide this information here.
