Click the Campaign tab on the left side of the screen.
Click “Add New” under the Appointment Campaign option.
Complete all fields.
a. Care Unit = Advising
b. Service = General Advising

Now is time to select your advisees
To capture your active advisee list, input the current term into the Enrollment History search.
Click the box next to “My Students Only”
You should see a list of your current advisees. Click the box highlighted to select them all. Click Continue.
**The system prompts you to review your selections. Select Continue.
Choose your name for “Available Staff”. The available times will only be generated if you select “Campaigns” when you set your availability. You can save your progress from this screen and go back to edit your availability if needed.
Create your “Welcome Message” and “Success Message”. The Welcome message will be sent to your students first and should provide them with instructions on how to schedule an appointment, how you expect them to prepare for advisement, and your personal availability link. The Success Message will be sent after the student schedules an appointment. We encourage you to customize this.
