1.  It is your responsibility to sign in and out for every CI event and sign the donation sheet for the food drive.  If you do not sign in and out you WILL NOT BE GIVEN CREDIT.

2.  You must be ON TIME for all CI events.  If you are late you will not receive credit.  You also have to stay for the entire time period.  If you leave early you will not receive ICE or CI credit.

3. Activity organizers have the right to refuse to include your name on the sign-in sheet/ cards if you are disruptive, inattentive or do not actively engage in an activity.  Please give our volunteer speakers the courtesy of paying attention to their talks.

4.  Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to severe weather, speaker illness, or other events beyond our control.   We try our best to let students know but sometimes things are cancelled last minute.   Please plan accordingly and don’t put off attending events until the end of the semester.  Check the ICE calendar often to make sure events have not been rescheduled.  http://www.usca.edu/academic-affairs/general-education/ICE/calendar.dot
