On Thursday, March 2nd, from 12:00 pm--3:00 pm, the Gregg-Graniteville Library will celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday. Hand-painting, activities, and tasty treats will be available while supplies last.

Dr. Seuss wasn't just a children's author and illustrator. He was also a commercial illustrator, a political cartoonist, and during WWII, he served in the Army's Information and Education Division where he create educational materials for the troops and pro-Allied Forces propaganda.
