Self Service Aiken: Remove Advisement Hold

How to Remove Advisement Holds in Self Service Aiken

1. Log into SSA and search for the student.
2. 
3. On the Advisee Search page, select the term for which the student will be registering. Search for the student by ID, email, or name. Find Remove Advisement Hold in the menu under the students profile picture.
4. Click the Delete button underneath Remove Advisement Hold.

*Note: This process will need to be repeated to remove the advisement hold from multiple terms (e.g. Summer 2024 and Fall 2024).
